What is the difference between IaaS, SaaS, and Paas?

IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS are all common cloud computing service models. IaaS stands for Infrastructure as a Service, and is the most basic level of cloud computing. IaaS providers offer customers access to infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking, on a pay-as-you-go basis. SaaS stands for Software as a Service, and is a cloud computing model in which software is delivered as aservice, typically over the internet. SaaS applications are usually subscription-based, and customers can access and use the software without having to install it locally. PaaS stands for Platform as a Service, and is a cloud computing model in which a platform is delivered as a service. PaaS platforms can include everything from operating systems to development tools to database management systems. Customers can use PaaS platforms to develop, test, and deploy applications without having to manage the underlying infrastructure.

IaaS

IaaS, or Infrastructure-as-a-Service, is a cloud computing model in which a third-party provider delivers infrastructure – including servers, storage, networking, and data center space – on a pay-as-you-go basis.

SaaS

SaaS, or Software-as-a-Service, is a cloud computing model in which a third-party provider delivers software over the internet. Customers can access and use the software, typically through a web browser, while the provider manages the infrastructure and security.

PaaS

PaaS, or Platform-as-a-Service, is a cloud computing model in which a third-party provider delivers a platform – including operating system, development tools, and database – on a pay-as-you-go basis. Customers can use the platform to develop and deploy applications over the internet.
